Hotels along Route 73 and Route 70 in Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill, and Marlton are popular choices for corporate conferences, training sessions, and mid-size galas. These venues typically offer basic in-house AV (a projector and screen, maybe a podium microphone), but the quality is often dated and the pricing is inflated.
What to bring: Your own projector or LED display for sharp visuals, wireless microphones (lapel for presenters, handheld for Q and A), a portable sound system, and a video switcher if you are using multiple presentation sources. For galas and receptions, add uplighting and a DJ or band sound setup.
Banquet Halls and Reception Venues
South Jersey has dozens of dedicated banquet halls and reception venues, particularly in Cherry Hill, Voorhees, and the surrounding Camden County area. These spaces are designed for weddings, milestone celebrations, and corporate dinners.
What to bring: A complete sound system for music and speeches, wireless microphones, uplighting to match your event colors, a subwoofer for dance floor energy, and potentially a projector or TV displays for slideshows and tributes. For weddings, coordinate your AV setup with the DJ or band.
Country Clubs and Golf Courses
Moorestown Field Club, Medford Village Country Club, and other South Jersey country clubs offer beautiful settings for corporate outings, charity tournaments, and elegant receptions. These venues rarely have built-in AV beyond a basic PA system.
What to bring: Outdoor-rated speakers for ceremony or cocktail areas, wireless microphones for toasts and announcements, uplighting for evening receptions, and weather protection for all equipment if using outdoor spaces.

Town halls, community centers, and municipal facilities in Vineland, Bridgeton, and across Cumberland County host everything from government meetings to cultural festivals and community celebrations.
What to bring: A portable sound system with adequate coverage for the room size, wireless microphones, a projector and screen for presentations, and basic stage lighting. For festivals and outdoor events, step up to a line array system.
Outdoor and Tented Events
South Jersey's parks, farms, and waterfront properties are popular for outdoor weddings, festivals, and corporate picnics, especially in spring and fall.
What to bring: Weather-rated speakers and subwoofers, a generator or confirmed power source, rain covers for all equipment, a mixing console with a trained operator, and adequate cable runs for the distance between stage and power. For large outdoor events, a JBL SRX line array is the standard.
