WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Harris Production Services tests equipment when it leaves our warehouse and when it returns. This way, you have gear that works every time.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All payments are due before the rental leaves our shop or your professional event begins. We accept all credit cards, ACH transfer, checks and money orders.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Cancelations are permitted without penalty up to 1 week before your event. Cancellations within 1 week of your event, but more than 48 hours before your event incur a 50% recovery fee of your events cost. Cancelations with less than 48 hours notice are billed at your full contract value.

CAN YOU WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE BAND OR ARTIST I HIRE?

Yes! We love working with artists to make sure they have the right gear for your event, and making sure you have an incredible experience.
