What types of AV equipment do you rent?

We rent a full range of professional audio visual equipment including JBL SRX line array systems, Midas and Yamaha mixing consoles, Shure wireless microphone systems, BlackMagic TV production cameras and switchers, LED video walls, Samsung commercial displays, Epson high-lumen projectors, stage lighting, and more. Our inventory is constantly updated with the latest professional-grade gear.

What areas do you serve for AV rental and event production?

We have offices in Atlantic City NJ and West Chester PA. We serve all of South Jersey including Wildwood and Cape May, the Philadelphia metro area, Chester County, the Main Line, and the entire Delaware Valley region. We regularly provide AV for events at venues like the Showboat Atlantic City, Atlantic City Convention Center, and venues throughout southeastern PA.

Do you provide setup and on-site technical support?

Yes. We offer full-service event production including delivery, professional setup, on-site operation during your event, and teardown. Our experienced audio and video engineers can operate all equipment and troubleshoot any issues in real time. We also work directly with bands, DJs, and artists to fulfill their technical riders.

How does your damage and equipment testing policy work?

Every piece of equipment is thoroughly tested before it leaves our warehouse and again when it returns. If any damage occurs during your rental period, we assess it on return. This two-way testing process protects both you and us, and ensures you always receive gear in perfect working condition.

What payment methods do you accept for AV rentals?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, checks, and money orders. Payment is due before the rental or event date. For large events or ongoing partnerships, we can discuss customized billing arrangements.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation when you cancel more than one week before your event. Cancellations between 48 hours and one week incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are subject to the full rental fee. We understand plans change and try to be as flexible as possible.

Can you work with our artists, bands, or DJs?

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with performers and their management teams to fulfill technical riders. Whether your artist needs a specific monitor mix, backline configuration, or video production setup, our team coordinates directly with them to ensure their requirements are met before showtime.
