Harris Production Services is a professional AV rental and event production company with offices in Atlantic City, NJ and West Chester, PA. We have been delivering line-itemed, commission-free AV to hotels, planners, and corporate buyers since 2022, out of Harris Technology Services, founded in 2019. We are also the team behind GigLogix — the SaaS platform that powers our facility-AV partnerships.
The story
From a hotel IDF closet to a SaaS platform.
HPS started as a side project inside Harris Technology Services in 2019. Morgan was wiring up Meraki networks for hotels and getting a look at how the legacy in-house AV providers were running. The spreadsheets. The missed emails. The opaque pricing. The commissions. None of it was working for the venue or the planner. So Morgan built a better one. GigLogix is the result. HPS is the first customer.
2019
Harris Technology Services founded
Started HTS as an IT services and integrations company in West Chester. Early work was Meraki networking, ConnectWise PSA automation, and AV-IT integration for SMBs. Spent a lot of time in hotel IDF closets watching how the legacy in-house AV providers were running things.
2022
Harris Production Services launched
HPS came online as the event production arm. First major gigs were outdoor festivals and corporate meetings along the Jersey Shore. The first fleet was 4 JBL PRX tops, a Yamaha MG mixer, and a single Shure wireless kit. It was enough to start.
2023
Showboat Atlantic City partnership
HPS became the preferred outside AV partner for the Showboat's convention floor — a full-size convention property on the boardwalk, and a hotel team willing to try something different. This was the proving ground for what became the white-label in-house AV model.
2024
GigLogix starts as a spreadsheet
After one too many missed emails coordinating event bookings across three properties, the first version of GigLogix was a Notion database. Then an Airtable. Then a real SaaS platform with TripleSeat integration, white-label self-service ordering, and Stripe checkout.
2025
West Chester office opens
HPS opened a second office in West Chester to cover the Main Line, Chester County, and the Delaware Valley. The fleet grew to 200+ SKUs across audio, video, lighting, LED, and rigging. The same gear, the same rates, just closer to half the geography.
2026
GigLogix becomes a product
GigLogix is now a multi-tenant SaaS platform powering HPS internally and being sold to other AV rental companies, hotels, and venue operators. Same TripleSeat integration, same white-label portal, same Stripe checkout — packaged for anyone who runs events and is tired of spreadsheets.

No commissions, ever
We do not pay commissions to hotels, venues, or planners. The price is the same whether you book direct, through a planner, or as an in-house partner. That is the entire point of our facility-AV program.
Line-itemed invoices
What you see is what you pay. No bundled service charges, no "patch fees" invented at the end, no "house engineer" charges. If you bring us a quote from the in-house provider, we will itemize it line for line for free.
Modern gear, tested twice
Every piece of gear is tested before it leaves the warehouse and when it returns. We replace components at end-of-life, not end-of-warranty. Every Production package ships with a backup wireless mic, backup projector, and a redundant console.
A person on the phone
When you call (609) 439-4800, you get a person who can scope, quote, and confirm within hours. Not a call center, not a queue, not a chatbot. A person who has run a load-in before.

Atlantic City covers South Jersey, the Shore, and Philly. West Chester covers the Main Line, Chester County, and the Delaware Valley. Same gear, same crew, same rate card from either office.

Founder & CEO
Started HTS in 2019, launched HPS in 2022, built GigLogix because the venue AV software at the time was unusable. Spends weekends at Shore concerts and Chester County weddings.
Crew — Atlantic City
Audio, video, lighting techs
Three to six on-call techs out of the AC office. JBL-certified, Shure-certified, Dante Level 2, IATSE Local 77 on call for union work.
Crew — West Chester
Audio, video, lighting techs
Two to four on-call techs out of the WC office. Midas-trained, Blackmagic ATEM operators, LED wall specialists. IATSE Local 77 on call for union work.

Two warehouses, 1 to 2 hours from most venues.
Atlantic City office
Covers South Jersey, the Jersey Shore (Atlantic City, Margate, Ventnor, Longport, Ocean City, Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood, Cape May), Philadelphia metro, and central NJ. 1 to 2 hour drive radius from AC.
West Chester office
Covers Chester County, the Main Line (West Chester, Exton, Downingtown, Malvern, Paoli, Berwyn, Devon, Wayne, Media), King of Prussia, Phoenixville, Pottstown, and northern Delaware. 1 to 2 hour drive radius from WC.
